Physicians Choice Medical Billing is a Medical Billing and Consulting company located in Murrieta, CA.  Our clients are primary located in Southern California, from as far east as Palm Springs and with clients in Long Beach, Torrance, Lawndale, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

Physicians Choice performs consulting services for physicians or physician groups, requiring expertise in chart reviews, proper coding and billing, contracting, restructuring or opening new physician practices, as well as assisting clients in determining the viability of new business opportunities.
 
Deborah Curry brings with her over twenty-nine years of practice management and billing experience.  Before owning her own business she managed groups as small as 3 to as large as 300.  Debby was the Director of Operations-Billing for one of the largest Radiology Groups in Southern California and has managed other physicians groups, ambulatory surgery centers, as well as management of hospital based physician groups. Debby has a great knowledge of Accounts Receivable analysis, and working with physician staff to reduce the overall A/R days quickly.  She is experienced in the billing and practice management of the following specialties: Anesthesia, Family Practice, Internal Medicine,  Neurology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Cardiology, Radiology, Pathology, and specializing in  Radiation Oncology. 

PCMB also specializes in billing for Uterine Artery Embolizations (UAE). Based upon our written appeals to Anthem Blue Cross including recent literature their medical policy has been revised to include this procedure as an appropriate/payable treatment for Uterine Fibroids.

We take pride in consistently providing excellent service to our clients and their patients. PCMB, is very concerned with the continued Education of our staff as well as contracted physicians.  We are not a "one pass" billing service; we track and pursue the proper payment amount based upon specific insurance contracts.
